Abstract
This study presents a systematic review of 36 articles published between 2020 and 2025 to explore how knowledge management processes improve supply chain performance. Using the Resource-Based, Knowledge-Based, and Dynamic Capability View as theoretical lenses, the review examines KM processes - creation, storage, sharing, and application across the People-Process-Technology (PPT) dimensions. The findings show that KM enhances collaboration, agility, resilience, innovation, and sustainability by balancing human enablers, structured processes, and digital technologies. The review positions KM as a strategic capability and suggests that future research should explore KM integration with AI and blockchain to build smarter, more adaptive supply chains.
