Abstract
This study examines how accurately collegiate success can be predicted using high school academic metrics. Using an anonymized dataset, statistical and artificial intelligence–based models are applied to high school and early collegiate data to predict performance based on a constructed college success metric. Model predictions are compared to observed student outcomes to evaluate predictive accuracy and identify limitations.
