Abstract
The Correct Action Tracker application is a web based application which stores all the details of the Issues. Corrective Action tracker provides an automated structure to track document and resolve the Issues that impact product quality, product build and product Fulfillment. The objective of The infrastructure is to serve as a knowledge base for all the Operation related issues that impact the manufacturing Life cycle of Brocade products. It focuses on Manufacturing related Issues and Resolution Process. The project report gives an outline of the entire project. The Background of the problem, System overview and Objectives of the project described in the Introduction section of the Report. The Software and hard ware requirements, System Architecture, Database used and also the Data Flow of the project is described in the System Analysis and design section. Forms and Funtionality and Modular design, Form descriptions, Notification Mechanism and Report generations are described in the System Implementation Section of the report. The report also consists of the conclusion which ends with the lessons learned by doing The project and the future enhancements expected for The project.
