Abstract

The coaching forms application is an ASP.Net based application that will allow the managers and team leaders to evaluate fundraisers on their calls. Managers will have the ability to select a project that the user was calling at the time of his evaluation, and make any comments or give the fundraiser tips on how to improve his/her call. The application also provides an easy way for the trainers to print an evaluation form and hand it over to the fundraiser for him to review it. The application has been developed in the Visual Studio 2005 environment with a SQL Server 2005 database running in the back end. In addition, the application also explains the reports that were designed for this application to help the managers make better decision for the future. This report states the objectives, requirements and goals for developing the application. It also contains a detailed account of the database that is being used to store and retrieve all the data. Furthermore, the screen shots, along with the explanation, of the coaching forms application gives a better idea of what the application looks like and how it flows when a manager is using it.
