Abstract

Knowledge Development and Management Solutions (KDMS) Inc is consulting company offers classroom and onsite training to its customers. The company is using traditional delivery methods for training purposes. The company would like to exploit the recent technology developments and open source software's to implement a Learning Management System (LMS) which in turn will help the company to manage its business. This project studies LMS products available on the market and proposes a LMS final list based on web 2.0 support, SCORM standards and other LMS features required for KDMS Inc. Selected LMS software will be installed configured and customized as per the company requirements. At the end of this project KDMS Inc will have a fully functional website with its users trained to admin/manage/maintain and use the LMS Solution. Documentation will be provided for administrator, instructors and users.
