Abstract
Organization Internal Survey is to administer employee communication surveys. This application is based on Intranet. OIS is having mainly two modules. They are Administrator Module and User Module. Administrator module maintains authentication in order to access the application. Administrator task includes Employee Registration (i.e., new employee recruitment will take place) and Adding a new branch. User Module provides an access to News and Information about company, regarding notices, register complaints and participate in polls/Elections etc. to the employees of organization. The user modules include reading and checking notice and displayed issues. Employees can register complaint against management. The complaints which are given by employees will be referred by authorities. Issues will be put in front of related employees/management to get proper solutions. For selecting higher posts polls/Elections will be conducted. Every employee can participate in the elections. Nominees can put their promise on net through canvas module (Sub Module of User Module). Results will be displayed for every issue. On a issue an employee can vote only for once. It generates all the related validations.
