Abstract
Bex Explorer Reports is an Analytical tool designed to support End Users or Subject Matter Experts (SME's) in their adhoc data analysis, inquiry and reporting without BW developers. It provides flexible reporting and analysis tools for strategic analyses and decision making support within a business. These tools include query, reporting, and analysis functions. As an End user with access authorization, you can evaluate historical or current data at various levels of detail and from different perspectives, not only on the Web but also in the Microsoft Excel. This project is an BW implementation for Human Resource module in SAP( Systems Application and Products in Data Processing). It involves installing of business content delivered by SAP for Human Resource module. Extracting the data from the source system to the info providers and generating reports for the End Users. This report gives an overview of the entire project. The Statement of problem, system overview and the main objectives of the project are outlined in the introduction part of the report. Hardware and Software Specifications and Technical components are presented under System Analysis. Database Design and Implementation is divided into three modules. Each module explains in the individual steps in the process flows. Finally, the report concludes to the system and the lessons learned by doing this project.
