Abstract
Software development is the process of building systems that solve users’ need and satisfy stakeholders objectives. Such needs are determined through a requirements elicitation process, which is considered an intensive, complex, and difficult by its nature, and the multidisciplinary nature of it adds to this complexity. As a result, improving the elicitation process is a critical goal for the development of information systems since incomplete requirements is a primary cause of system development failure. Traditional methods of elicitations failed because these methods.
