Abstract

In an atmosphere where Information technology plays a vital role for the success of the organization. The organization will need a tool to manage and track projects and processes. The objective of this project work is to develop an effective web enabled tracking and management tool for Revonet. ITRequest@Revonet is web based tracking and management software where it would help Revonet to track and streamline the activities in Revonet' s IT Department. This portal will facilitate the IT department to assigns tasks based on the expertise of the IT department personnel and also bring a structured approach to solve day to day problems. This portal will provide solution archiving, where solutions for frequently asked questions are stored for future reference. Overall this portal will help the IT department of Revonet, Inc to carefully plan, as well as coordinate technical issues by supporting user base and provide a key business advantage for the organization by saving time and money.
