Abstract

Introduction to Web Bank Application: The concept behind developing this application is to allow customers to get the services from the bank without going to the bank through internet. These services include creating new account, transferring money, depositing money, closing account and getting balance on demand. For every customer there will be an account created and its details will be in stored bank's database which is protected from hackers. The bank provides services to the customers depending on the customer's intention. The customer's information and services enjoying by the customer are updated for every transaction. The customer of the bank can access his account from anywhere through internet. This service is secure because each customer is provided with his own user ID and password by the bank. So it is very hard for unauthorized persons to look into customer's data. The entire customer's data is stored in a secured database and it is backed up every day. So it is very hard for the hacker's to steal customer's data. Hence customer's data is secure Objectives: ► Let the customer to manage his account online. He can access his account with the bank from anywhere through internet. ► To provide secured user ID and Password for Customer's bank account. ► Let the customer apply for different services of the bank like loans, by accessing his account through online. ► Let the customer manage his personal information and also can see his day to day transactions which are performed by him. The Proposed system makes the services provided by the Bank, simple and easy to access. It is fast, accurate and user-friendly. It can be developed further to meet the customer's requirements if the demand grows up in terms of number of users accessing the system.
