Abstract
Shopper's Loyalty Card is the additional module to the existing Stores.com web application which is basically customer centered and recommended by the business professional to give life time facility to the customer so that they can create loyalty towards their customer and customer can become permanent customer of the store happily. This project is a mix up of old technology such as web sphere commerce, java 1.4 and latest technology like spring, java 1.6, spring security. New module has been developed by maintaining the compatibility with old technology. The documentation contains the brief business need and requirement of the project and explains briefly what was the problem business was facing because of highly competitive market and then it explains how this problem has been fixed by beating the competitors by providing them unique long life facility that is their loyalty card. Furthermore it explains what was the problem with old legacy system and how new technology serves the purpose in a better way. Then this documentation covers technical aspects of the project with use cases, use case diagram, swim late flow charts and technical flow diagrams. At the end this documentation shows the user experience such as how user will interact with the system by web pages which gives clear picture of the web application.
