Abstract

This thesis describes the development of a web site that focuses on Customer Relationship Management to improve ROI for a small business. The web site incorporates three design methodologies· Usability Engineering, Scenario Design and identifying user trends through web server log analysis. The focus of the methodology is on identifying current user trends and value-diminishing problems through the their incorporation.

From a site development perspective, the project attempts to introduce the technologies of ASP, JavaScript and My QL. A key test is the project's success at exploring these concepts and combining their benefits into a solution for the problem. Results are discussed along with the developed web site. Concluding remarks highlight potential application and directions for future work.
