Abstract
Chan software is a well-run system company. We practice with economic efficiency, employee involvement, and a commitment to quality, delivers quality service at affordable prices. lts service is of value to the clients and can improve their business. We can design databases for the web and other applications. We've worked with a variety of databases, such as Oracle, Microsoft Access, and MySQL. We're especially skilled at developing large-scale systems based on MySQL that use replication for high reliability and performance. Chan Software has been contacted by Grafton Family Dentistry ("Grafton") to design and implement a centralized client server Web based system. The scope of the project is to automate and standardize the workflow process, data entry, and report creation. Chan Software will work with Grafton Family Dentistry to identify the business specifications and requirements. A Project Manager will be assigned to oversee the process of implementation and monitoring issue resolution. The Project Manager will be the primary point of contact. Based on our understanding from the initial meeting with Grafton's management team, data information collection is a manual process. After completing an analysis of the business requirements and how the business functions. Chan Software Proposed a recommendation integrate the business functions to utilize computerized technology of the 21st century. This will resolve the current problem Grafton have of redundancy and inconsistency of data entry and the data was hard to read due to illegible handwriting.
